Men's Tennis Looks to Continue Strong Start in Bloomington

FORT WAYNE, Ind. - The IPFW men's tennis team will look to continue its strong start at the season-opening Northern Kentucky University Invitational, as the squad travels to Bloomington to compete in the IU Hoosier Invitational.

SCOUTING THE MASTODONS
The Mastodons opened the season by going 12-8 in singles competition, while Karl Wangensten-Oye picked up a flight championship and a perfect 3-0 overall record. Three players, Daniel Cardenas, Martin Muadi, and Jonathan Raa, each went 2-1 in the opening tournament and fell in the flight finals. All four of the IPFW doubles squads: Gerard Guell and Muadi, Cardenas and Andres Cobos, Raa and Wangensten-Oye, and Tom Sizeland and Carlos do Val each went 1-1 and fell in the flight semifinals.
