Ann Arbor, MI - IPFW's Amy Recht competed in singles action on day one of the ITA Regionals hosted by the University of Michigan.

Recht went 1-1 for the day.

In the singles qualifying draw, Recht played Ashley Moccia of Western Michigan. Moccia defeated Recht, 6-2, 4-6, 6-4.

In consolation, Recht defeated Emily Regenold of Bradley, 6-4, 6-3.

The team of Ashley Coulson and Stacy Lish will play Cruise/Vianna Ce (Southern Illinois) on Friday at 2 PM.
