2009:Was named to the Summit League Second Team...Named to the Summit League Academic All-League team...Named the Summit League's Pitcher of the Week on March 9...Finished the year with a 1.85 ERA, the lowest ERA in school history out of pitchers that pitched at least 100 innings during the season...Her five shutouts were nearly double the next highest previous single-season best in school history, andis tied for the most over the span of a career...Her 108 strikeouts led the team, and her 6.06 strikeouts per seven inning total, and her overall strikeout totalsare the second highest in school history...Went 9-7, with a save, as the nine wins are tied for the fourth highest single-season total in the history of the program...Batted .206 in 34 at-bats with seven hits and two runs scored and two driven in...Started her career with four straight games and 24.2 innings without allowing a run, with shutouts over Fairfield and Youngstown State...Struck out a career-high-tying nine batters in the game she allowed her first earned run, and then struck out nine more a game later against Youngstown State...Had a season ERA of 0.19 through the first seven games and 38 innings on the mound...Struck out nine batters in back-to-back games against Eastern Michigan and UMKC..Had her first career hit on March 7 against Holy Cross, and drove in her first career run at Oakland on April 14...Went 3-for-3 against North Dakota State, while driving in a run...After her collegiate season, Cronin helped her Midget team, the Surrey Storm, to the Provincal and National Championships, and earned a Gold Medalin theCanada Summer Games as a member ofTeam British Columbia.
