Made a splash in his IPFW debut, posting 18 kills and carrying a .483 hitting percentage against NJIT (Jan. 8) ... tallied 20 kills in a four-set loss to Loyola (Jan. 22) ... posted eight digs and two service aces came in that match as well ... hit at a .412 clip, with nine kills, in a three-set sweep over Grand Canyon (Feb. 12) ... tallied season-high five blocks (1 BS, 4 BA) against Puerto Rico-Rio Piedras (Mar. 11) ... hit at a .727 percentage (8-0-11) against Ball State (Apr. 3) ... posted career-high in kills with 28 against George Mason (Mar. 20) ... also had 12 digs, a new career-high, in the five-set match ... had three 20+ kill outings in the season ... finished second on the team with 348 kills (3.41 k/s) in 102 of the team's 113 sets on the year.

Fyfield is a 6'5" opposite from Cambridge Rindge & Latin High School in Cambridge, Massachusetts ... was named to the Boston Globe All-Scholastic Team ... considered a "diamond in the rough" by the IPFW coaching staff ... is incredibly athletic with explosive leaping ability and versatility.
