Fort Wayne, IN - The IPFW men's tennis team evened its record at 7-7 for the season with three shutout wins over the weekend.

IPFW didn't surrender a game over the weekend, sweeping Coppin State 6-0, the University of Maryland-Eastern Shore, 6-0 and Robert Morris University, 7-0.

The toughest match of the weekend came at No. 5 singles vs. Robert Morris.

Sophomore David Lynall was locked into battle with the Colonials' David Yokitis.  Lynall won the first set 6-3, but dropped the second set 7-5.  Lynall was able to regroup and take the tie-break, 10-4.

The Mastodons will return to action on March 21, hosting Xavier University in a make-up match that was cancelled due to the winter storms back on Valentine's Day.  First serve is set for noon.
