Bowling Green, OH - Junior goal keeper Michael Knitter backstopped IPFW to a 0-0, double overtime tie, Sunday afternoon against the Falcons of Bowling Green State University.

Knitter, appearing in just his second match of the season after rehabbing from injury, stopped 11 Falcon shots on goal in 110:00 minutes.

Bowling Green goalie Brent Petkus was up to the task as well, stopping seven Mastodon shots on goal.

Senior forward Chas Parry and freshman midfielder Jorge Ramirez paced the IPFW offense with two shots on goal each.

Kyle McNayr registered three shot on goal for the Falcons (3-6-2).

The Mastodons return to Summit League play on Saturday, traveling to Tulsa, Oklahoma to take on Oral Roberts at 7:00 p.m.
