2010 Season
Tied for 45 place with a 154 (80-74) at the Pat Hicks Thunderbird Invitational... led IPFW with Imel in scoring at the Don Benbow Invitational with rounds of 78-73, tying for 30th place...
2009 Season
As a sophomore for IPFW, Olbin finished the 2009 season as the most consistent player on the team. He led the 'Dons in scoring average, with a 75.9 in 12 rounds of action. Olbin's lowest round in 2009 was a 70 at the Norm Bullock Collegiate, where he and his teammates won program's first ever tournament. As for on-course statistics, Olbin tied for the team lead in green's hit in regulation (59%), and was second in fairways hit (64%).
High School
Olbin played #2 at Homestead under Coach Rod Parker. He was named First Team All-NHC in 2002 and finished 6th in sectionals as an individual.
Personal
Ryan is the son of Scott and Jill Olbin and has two siblings, Robert and Shannon. Olbin is studying economics at IPFW.
