Before coming to IPFW
Will Faulkner arrived in Fort Wayne after a successful two-year run at Jackson Community College in Jackson, Michigan. A shortstop with the Jets, Faulkner was listed as one of the NJCAA Division II's top returning athletes for his sophomore season at JCC. Faulkner helped lead the Jets to the 2009 Region XII Tournament. The beat previously undefeated Macomb Community College before falling to Vincennes and Grand Rapids. Faulkner was named All-Michigan Community College Athletic Association.

Faulkner was a catcher and utility player at Blissfield High School in Blissfield, Michigan. He was named All-LCAA All-District, All-Region, and All-State in both his junior and senior seasons.

Personal
Will is the son of John and Lori Faulkner. He has a brother, Johnathan and a sister, Margaret. Faulkner is a Business major at IPFW.
