Mastodon Men's Basketball Preparing for Foreign Excursion

FORT WAYNE, Ind. - IPFW men's basketball head coach Jon Coffman and the Mastodon squad are preparing for a six-day, three-game foreign trip across the border to Canada from August 8 until August 13.
The trip, coordinated through Sport Tours International, has the team's playing three games in and around Toronto against McMaster University, York University, and Windsor University.
The trip starts on August 8 with a drive from Fort Wayne to Toronto, before facing off against McMaster University at 7 p.m. on Saturday, August 9. The next day the team will play against York University at 4 p.m.
Monday the team will travel to Wasaga Beach for a day of relaxing, while making a trip to Niagara Falls on Tuesday, August 12. Wednesday the team will play its third and final game of the trip against Windsor at 5 p.m., and will return to Fort Wayne following the contest.
The team is coming off of a 25-11 season in which the squad fell in the second round of the CollegeInsider.com Tournament.
