Jon Zeitz joins the Nelligan Sports Marketing team after spending seven years with the Tennessee Smokies Baseball organization, the Double-A affiliate of the Chicago Cubs.

He served as Director of Sales for five seasons, 2000-04, and then left the organization to become an account executive for Citadel Broadcasting's Sports Animal radio station in Knoxville, Tennessee. Jon rejoined the Smokies in 2006 as Director of Sales and Media Relations.

Prior to his time in Knoxville, Jon worked for the Class A South Bend Silver Hawks baseball team, where he served as Assistant General Manager.

Originally from McLean, VA, Zeitz is a graduate of Virginia Tech University with a major in sports management.
