Lauren Wilson currently oversees the eligibility of the student-athletes in all sixteen sponsored sports. She also ensures the Athletic Department's compliance with NCAA, Summit League, and IPFW rules and regulations.

Lauren joined the IPFW Compliance Staff in the Fall of 2006 as a Graduate Assistant. She became the Interim Compliance Officer in June of 2007 and assumed the role of Assistant Athletic Director for Compliance in May of 2008.

Before joining the Compliance Staff, Lauren was a four-year member of the cross country and track & field teams at IPFW, and graduated in the Spring of 2006 with a Bachelors Degree in Business Marketing, finishing with a perfect 4.00 GPA. She is currently pursuing her Masters Degree in Business Administration at IPFW.

Lauren and her husband, Ian, reside in Fort Wayne.
