SportONE provides each of IPFW's 16 Division I athletic programs with complete sports medicine services.  A division of Orthopaedics Northeast (ONE), SportONE is the area's first and most comprehensive sports medicine program. Started in 1990, SportONE provides diagnostic treatment, and rehabilitation services to area high schools, colleges, amateur athletic teams, professional sports teams, and recreational athletes of all ages.

Integrity Physical Therapy is a newer rehabilitative provider, with its inception January of 2004, in the Chicago, Fort Wayne, IN and Ohio markets. The heart of our company is our therapists, chosen for their dedication to patient care, commitment to customer service, and clinical knowledge and expertise. Our goal is to become the provider of choice by exceeding your expectations in patient care.
